1. Product description

Trommel screen, also known as a rotary screen, is a mechanical screening machine used to separate materials, mainly in the mineral and solid-waste processing industries.It consists of a perforated cylindrical drum that is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end. Physical size separation is achieved as the feed material spirals down the rotating drum, where the undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum.

3. Tecnical Details

1.Trommel Screen

The trommel screen has two layers. The outer layer is made of high manganese steel wire. If you use it to screen waste, then a single-layer outer screen can meet your needs.

But when there are rocks in the material, we usually recommend you to use a double-layer structure roller, the inner layer is made of 20CrMo, this material is usually used as a sucker rod, stronger and more stable than ordinary materials, this structure is not easy to be stone Block damage, the service life is more than half a year longer than similar manufacturers' products.

2.Gold Recovery System

a. We designed patented Hydraulic Vibrating Sluice which has a higher recovery rate and not easily damaged.
b. Sluice Box is made of stainless steel. Anti-rust, anti-corrosion, anti-abrasion.Carpet in the sluice is made by Mitsubishi imported from Japan. Durable, double-layer, anti-skid, anti-abrasion, anti-corrosion,
high recovery rate up to 99%.

3.Powering system

a. Power System is equipped with trailer for easy moving and its brand could be Weichai, Cummins or other brands required by
clients.

b. Power System can be replaced by diesel engine. We always try our best to help clients to save energy and cost.

4.Water System

1. High efficient water pump is used for supplying water for the whole set of gold mining equipment. If the distance between water source and mining equipment is further than 100 meters, a water source pump will be added to meet water consumption requirement. 2. High pressure water pipes and spraying tap are equipped around the feed hopper to dilute material ore. 3. High pressure water pipes are equipped out and in the screen to wash away weeds and roots and dilute material ore. 4. High pressure water valve is equipped to control water flow.

5.Conveyor

Belt conveyor have the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and standardized parts. It can be conveyed by a single unit, or composed of multiple units or combined with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system.
